Mala is a force to be reckoned with, whether solo or as one half of Digital Mystikz: South London’s finest purveyors of meditational bass weight. Pioneers of the thriving dubstep scene, producers & DJs as well as label owners and promoters, they unleash a dense concentration of dubwise good vibrations that would make Jah Shaka and Aba Shanti equally proud. The Mystikz’s own label DMZ is a flagship for the dubstep movement. Their self-titled label night in deepest Brixton is where hoodies go for the grittiest grime aftermath. This set was recorded live at Tectonic's 'Scientist Launches Dubstep Into Outer Space.' session at London's Fabric. The mighty Sgt Pokes on the mic. Come meditate on bass weight!
